What SimpleCAD’s refund policy?

At SimpleCAD we suggest that you take advantage of our free trial software downloads and visit the product pages of our website to get comprehensive product information. Most of the trials on our site are fully enabled so you can test the products thoroughly before you make your purchasing decision.

Although many of our products offer a guarantee, there are some that do not. If you see a large star stating a guarantee near the product purchase button, then it is backed with 30 day money back guarantee. If one is not visible no 30 day guarantee or refunds are possible. In any case please feel free to ask us any questions about a products before you make your purchase.

If you need to return an SimpleCAD product, you must make your request within 30 days of purchase. Meanwhile, SimpleCAD reserves the right to refuse any unreasonable refund. Ultimately it is up to the vendor of the product to grant the refund.

Therefore, you should explain what the problem is and the reason you want to refund in details, including your full order information. You have to uninstall all downloaded files and the refunded products can’t be copied or saved in any other way after refunding. Your order information will be deleted from our database and any corresponding services will be canceled.
